Membership is open only to researchers and organizations that meet our criteria. We may refuse or revoke membership at our sole discretion. By applying you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that purchases are for licensed research or qualified professional use.

Research use only

All products are sold for research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use. Any discussion of administration in humans is forbidden and will end your membership. Bodily introduction into humans or animals is prohibited by law.

Accounts

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and payment information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your orders.

Records and warranty

We publish the laboratory record for each batch. Products are supplied as is, without warranty of any kind beyond the specification stated on the record.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purity Peptides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the products or services.

Changes

We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and continued membership means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Purity Peptides is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
